What impresses me most about this letter, in addition to dealing with the issue of slavery, is the fact that the Apostle Paul to express with great care and kindness to the addressee, ie, Philemon. Paul says that Onesimus is your child and is willing to pay for the injury that has caused Onesimus to Philemon, because the slave Onesimus had escaped from their bondage. Paul articulated the words very well. God bless the Apostle Paul, it was a very special man in God's plans.
